Indian directors have yet to master the art of creating truly terrifying horror movies like “Evil Dead.” In Indian films, they often rely on sudden loud sounds to scare the audience. They frequently use white face powder, white gowns or sarees, and heavy kajal around the eyes for their ghosts. However, they lack effective techniques for scary makeup, the appearance of the devils, and their movements. There’s still a lot for them to learn in this genre.
